Carson High School - Implementation Training

Restorative Practices Implementation Training November 15, 2023 - November 15, 2023

Our team will be on-site in Carson City to provide implementation training for all staff and administrators involved in student discipline and intervention. This training focuses on providing intervention courses and the Lifeskills Link platform to help staff and administrators have more productive in-school interventions. Staff and administrators will be better equipped to unlock restorative conversations that lead to greater levels of self-awareness and skill development for students.

Restorative Practices Framework Development - Tempe Union HSD

Tempe, AZ October 9, 2023 - October 9, 2023

Tempe Union has been using the Education Lifeskills Program for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students for over a year. They are now focused on improving and driving their Restorative Practices model deeper into all of their high school campuses. This training will provide district administrators with the philosophy, principles, and process for designing, developing, and implementing a Restorative Practices Framework. Their goal is to create a common understanding, language, and expectations for working more effectively with Tier 2 and Tier 3 students.

Vernal and Uintah Middle School - Implementation Training

Vernal, UT October 6, 2023 - October 6, 2023

Both Vernal and Uintah Middle School will participate in implementation training for the Education Lifeskills Program. This program and corresponding CBT courses will be used for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students who have behavioral issues that can benefit from an intervention. Each campus will look at ways to implement this program within its in-school suspension model. Special attention will be given to helping staff and administrators develop intervention skills to drive restorative conversations with at-risk students that culminate with skill-building opportunities.

Thornton Fractional SD #215

Implementation Training October 5, 2023 - October 5, 2023

Thornton Fractional is extending the use of the Education Lifeskills Program to include both Intervention and Prevention courses. We are also using the Clever SSO integration to increase the accessibility for students and decrease the enrollment workload for staff and administrators. Special attention will be given on how to use the CBT courses to drive restorative interventions with students making poor choices that lead to having restorative conversations with students.

Carbon County SD 1 - Implementation Training

Restorative Practices and Intervention September 27, 2023 - September 27, 2023

Carbon County SD 1 (located in Rawlins, WY) will be receiving implementation training from Education Lifeskills. The focus will be on how to use this program in conjunction with the current restorative practices framework. Special attention will be given to the Tier 2, Tier 3, and Brief Courses. Staff will be trained on how to convert the student experience in taking one or more Education Lifeskills courses into restorative conversations and skill-building opportunities.

Renewal - Education Lifeskills Implementation Training

Training with September 19, 2023 - September 19, 2023

Great Falls Public Schools in Great Falls, Montana is comprised of 21 schools, and is the second-largest school district in the state, serving K-12 students. We began working with them in 2022 and are thrilled to work with and support them in their discipline framework again in 2023. This meeting is comprised of Lifeskills Link platform training as well as discussing Restorative Practices principles, and how these principles are integrated into our courses and programs.

Education Lifeskills Implementation Training

Riverside Middle School September 19, 2023 - September 19, 2023

At the start of the 2023 school year, Riverside Middle School administrators are gearing up to implement the Education Lifeskills program as part of their intervention model. With the Intervention Site License, school staff will have access to our Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 courses, as well as feedback and datapoints to help drive restorative conversations between students and educators. As with all Lifeskills licenses, staff members will also have access to ongoing support and training as needed.

Watertown High School, WI September 18, 2023 - September 18, 2023

Watertown High School out of Wisconsin, Missouri, is looking to implement the Education Lifeskills programs as part of a their discipline approach. We will be holding a virtual training with staff members on September 18. We look forward to teaming up with and supporting the educators over at Watertown High.
